🍝 Creative Pasta with Bacon, Beans, and Potatoes

Ingredients
- 400 g firm-cooking potatoes
- salt
- 500 g Cavatellucci pasta
- 200 g Kenia beans
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 100 g pancetta (sliced)
- pepper (from the mill)
- grated Parmesan (for sprinkling)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.
- 2. Cook the potato cubes in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes.
- 3. Drain the potatoes and let them drain well.
- 4. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente.
- 5. Drain the pasta and let it drain.
- 6. Wash the beans and remove any hard ends.
- 7. Blanch the beans (cook them briefly in boiling water) for about 5 minutes in salted water.
- 8. Shock the beans in ice water to stop the cooking process.
- 9. Drain the beans and let them drain.
- 10. Heat the olive oil and butter in a non-stick pan.
- 11. Add the pasta, potato cubes, beans, and pancetta to the pan.
- 12. Heat the ingredients while occasionally shaking the pan.
- 13. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- 14. Serve the pan contents in deep plates.
- 15. Sprinkle the dish with fresh Parmesan cheese.
