🍝 Tagliatelle with Shiitake Mushrooms and Arugula

Ingredients
- 300 g Shiitake mushrooms
- 250 g Cherry tomatoes
- 80 g Arugula (1 bunch)
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 350 g Band Noodles
- Salt
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- Pepper
- 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the shiitake mushrooms.
- 2. Slice the shiitake mushrooms thinly.
- 3. Wash the tomatoes.
- 4. Cut the tomatoes in half.
- 5. Wash the arugula.
- 6. Spin the arugula dry.
- 7. Peel the garlic.
- 8. Finely chop the garlic.
- 9. Bring water to a boil and add salt.
- 10. Cook the tagliatelle al dente according to package instructions.
- 11. Heat oil in a pan.
- 12. Sauté the garlic over medium heat until translucent.
- 13. Add the mushrooms to the pan.
- 14. Sauté the mushrooms for about 5 minutes.
- 15. Add the tomatoes to the pan.
- 16. Season the mixture with salt.
- 17. Season the mixture with pepper.
- 18. Add vinegar.
- 19. Add the arugula to the pan.
- 20. Toss the arugula briefly.
- 21. Drain the pasta.
- 22. Let the pasta drain.
- 23. Add the pasta to the vegetables.
- 24. Season the pasta with salt.
- 25. Season the pasta with pepper.
- 26. Plate the pasta on 4 plates.
