🍝 Penne with creamy salmon sauce

Ingredients
- 500 g penne
- salt
- 150 g smoked salmon (in slices)
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp butter
- 100 ml dry white wine
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- 1 tsp horseradish (jar)
- salt
- white pepper
Instructions
- 1. Bring water to a boil and add salt.
- 2. Cook the penne pasta in this salted water until al dente (firm to the bite) and then drain.
- 3. Cut the salmon into small pieces.
- 4. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
- 5. Melt butter in a frying pan over medium to high heat.
- 6. Add the chopped garlic to the hot butter and sauté briefly.
- 7. Deglaze the pan with white wine.
- 8. Let the liquid reduce slightly.
- 9. Pour the cream into the pan.
- 10. Let the sauce simmer gently until it becomes slightly thicker.
- 11. Stir the crème fraîche into the sauce.
- 12. Finely chop the parsley and stir it in.
- 13. Stir the horseradish into the sauce.
- 14. Add the salmon pieces to the sauce.
- 15. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
- 16. Add the drained pasta to the pan.
- 17. Toss the pasta in the sauce until well coated.
- 18. Serve the dish immediately.
