  6. 6. Add the chopped garlic to the hot butter and sauté briefly.
  7. 7. Deglaze the pan with white wine.
  8. 8. Let the liquid reduce slightly.
  9. 9. Pour the cream into the pan.
  10. 10. Let the sauce simmer gently until it becomes slightly thicker.
  11. 11. Stir the crème fraîche into the sauce.
