🍝 Pasta with tuna, olives and tomato sauce

Ingredients
- 1 small onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 300 g chunky tomatoes (can)
- 250 g tuna (in oil)
- salt
- pepper (from grinder)
- 4 tbsp parsley
- 1 red chili pepper
- 400 g penne
- 50 g black olives
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onion and the garlic.
- 2. Finely chop the onion and the garlic.
- 3. Heat the olive oil in a pan.
- 4. Sauté the onions and garlic in the oil until translucent.
- 5. Add the tomatoes and the tuna to the pan.
- 6. Let the sauce simmer for 5 minutes.
- 7. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
- 8. Wash the parsley.
- 9. Finely chop the parsley.
- 10. Wash the chili pepper.
- 11. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper.
- 12. Cut the chili pepper into strips.
- 13. Cook the penne in plenty of salted water until al dente.
- 14. Follow the cooking time on the package.
- 15. Drain the pasta.
- 16. Add the pasta to the tuna sauce.
- 17. Garnish the dish with the chili strips.
- 18. Add the olives for serving.
- 19. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over it.
- 20. Serve the dish.
