  9. 9. Finely chop the parsley.
  10. 10. Wash the chili pepper.
  11. 11. Remove the seeds from the chili pepper.
  12. 12. Cut the chili pepper into strips.
  13. 13. Cook the penne in plenty of salted water until al dente.
  14. 14. Follow the cooking time on the package.
  15. 15. Drain the pasta.
  16. 16. Add the pasta to the tuna sauce.
  17. 17. Garnish the dish with the chili strips.
