🍝 Pasta with Salmon Strips and Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 400 g Spaghetti
- 400 g Cherry tomatoes
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 400 g Salmon fillet
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- Pepper
- Basil
Instructions
- 1. Boil water in a large pot and add salt.
- 2. Add the pasta to the boiling water.
- 3. Cook the pasta until it is al dente.
- 4. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
- 5. Peel the garlic clove.
- 6. Finely chop the garlic.
- 7. Rinse the salmon fillet under cold water.
- 8. Pat the salmon dry with a kitchen towel.
- 9. Cut the salmon into strips.
- 10. Heat the butter in a pan.
- 11. Fry the salmon in the butter over medium heat.
- 12. Fry the salmon for about four minutes on each side.
- 13. Add the chopped garlic to the pan.
- 14. Add the halved tomatoes to the pan.
- 15. Continue frying the vegetables and garlic for two minutes.
- 16. Drizzle the mixture with lemon juice.
- 17. Season the dish with salt and pepper.
- 18. Drain the pasta in a colander.
- 19. Mix the pasta with the salmon and tomato mixture.
- 20. Wash the basil.
- 21. Shake the basil dry.
- 22. Pluck the basil leaves from the stems.
- 23. Distribute the basil leaves over the pasta.
