🍝 Garlic and Anchovy Pasta

Ingredients
- 500 g Spaghetti
- Salt
- 4 Garlic cloves
- 4 Anchovies
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
- Pepper (from the mill)
- 50 g grated Parmesan
Instructions
- 1. Boil water in a large pot and add salt.
- 2. Add the spaghetti to the boiling water.
- 3. Cook the pasta until al dente.
- 4. Peel the garlic.
- 5. Finely chop the garlic.
- 6. Finely chop the anchovies.
- 7. Heat oil and butter in a pan.
- 8. Fry the garlic until lightly golden brown.
- 9. Add the anchovies to the pan.
- 10. Add the drained pasta to the pan.
- 11. Toss the pasta in the sauce.
- 12. Add some pasta cooking water if the sauce is too dry.
- 13. Add the parsley.
- 14. Season with salt and pepper.
- 15. Divide the pasta onto plates.
- 16. Sprinkle the pasta with Parmesan.
- 17. Serve the pasta.
