  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Wash the herbs and shake off excess water.
  3. 3. Pluck the leaves from the stems and chop them finely.
  4. 4. Peel the garlic and chop it finely as well.
  5. 5. Grate the peel of the limes to get the zest.
  6. 6. Squeeze the limes to extract the juice.
  7. 7. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 10 to 15 minutes until al dente.
  8. 8. Wash the chicken breasts and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  9. 9. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  10. 10. Fry the chicken in a hot grill pan with oil for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
  11. 11. Place the chicken in the preheated oven and finish cooking for 10 to 12 minutes.
  12. 12. Melt the butter in a separate pan.
  13. 13. Sauté the garlic for 1 to 2 minutes until translucent.
  14. 14. Add the chopped herbs to the pan.
  15. 15. Deglaze the mixture with the lime juice.

  17. 17. Divide the cooked pasta among four pre-warmed plates.
  18. 18. Slice the chicken breasts and place them on top of the pasta.
  19. 19. Drizzle the dish with the lime herb sauce.
  20. 20. Garnish the pasta with the lime zest and serve.
