  6. 6. Cut the asparagus stalks into bite-sized pieces.
  7. 7. Wash the spring onions and dry them.
  8. 8. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
  9. 9. Heat oil in a large pan.
  10. 10. Add the asparagus pieces to the hot pan and sauté them briefly.
  11. 11. Deglaze the asparagus with white wine.
  12. 12. Let the liquid reduce briefly.
  13. 13. Add the orange juice and orange zest to the pan.
  14. 14. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  15. 15. Cover the pan and let the asparagus cook for about 8 minutes.
