  8. 8. Add the cracklings and peanuts to the pan.
  9. 9. Let the ingredients heat through briefly.

  11. 11. Add the drained pasta to the pan.
  12. 12. Pour in the reserved pasta water.
  13. 13. Mix everything together thoroughly.
  14. 14. Divide the pasta among the plates.
  15. 15. Garnish the dish with fresh coriander and lime wedges.
