  1. 1. Boil plenty of water in a large pot and add some salt.
  2. 2. Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook until al dente.
  3. 3. Peel the onion and the garlic.
  4. 4. Finely chop the onion and the garlic.
  5. 5. Clean the mushrooms thoroughly.
  6. 6. Halve the mushrooms if they are very large.
  7. 7. Heat a pan and melt the butter in it.
  8. 8. Fry the onion and garlic in the hot butter.
  9. 9. Add the mushrooms to the pan and fry them along with the onions.
  10. 10. Wait until the liquid from the mushrooms has evaporated.
  11. 11. Wash the herbs.
  12. 12. Shake the herbs dry.
  13. 13. Finely chop the herbs.
  14. 14. Mix the herbs with the mushrooms.
  15. 15. Deglaze the pan with the vegetable broth.
  16. 16. Pour in the cream.
  17. 17. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
  18. 18. Cook the sauce over medium heat for about 7 minutes.
  19. 19. Drain the pasta in a colander.
  20. 20. Let the pasta drain well.
  21. 21. Warm the plates.
  22. 22. Serve the pasta with the mushrooms on the warmed plates.
