🍝 Pasta with Vegetables and Tuna

Ingredients
- 400 g Tagliatelle
- Salt
- 1 Zucchini
- 2 red onions
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 400 g tuna fillet
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 splash dry white wine
- Lemon juice
- white pepper
- Basil (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente (firm to the bite).
- 2. Wash the zucchini and cut it into small cubes.
- 3. Peel the onions, halve them, and slice them into thin strips.
- 4. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half.
- 5. Drain the tuna from the can and cut it into cubes.
- 6. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
- 7. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions, zucchini, and garlic for 2 to 3 minutes until soft but not browned.
- 8. Deglaze the pan with a splash of white wine.
- 9. Add the tomatoes and tuna, and let everything simmer for 1 to 2 minutes.
- 10. Season the mixture with salt, lemon juice, and pepper to taste.
- 11. Add the drained pasta to the pan and mix it thoroughly with the sauce.
- 12. Serve the dish garnished with fresh basil.
