🍝 Chicken Bolognese on Pasta

Ingredients
- 400 g small shell pasta
- salt
- 400 g chicken breast fillet
- 2 shallots
- 600 g tomatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 10 g tomato paste (1 tsp)
- 150 ml poultry broth
- cayenne pepper
Instructions
- 1. Boil water in a large pot and add salt.
- 2. Add the pasta to the boiling water.
- 3. Cook the pasta until it is al dente.
- 4. Rinse the chicken breast fillet under cold water.
- 5. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
- 6. Finely chop the chicken meat.
- 7. Peel the shallots.
- 8. Finely chop the shallots.
- 9. Pour hot water over the tomatoes.
- 10. Shock the tomatoes with cold water.
- 11. Remove the skin from the tomatoes.
- 12. Cut the tomatoes into quarters.
- 13. Remove the seeds from the tomatoes.
- 14. Dice the tomatoes finely.
- 15. Heat oil in a pan.
- 16. Fry the chicken meat over medium heat.
- 17. Add the chopped shallots to the pan.
- 18. Sauté the shallots briefly.
- 19. Stir the tomato paste into the pan.
- 20. Deglaze the pan with broth.
- 21. Add the diced tomatoes to the sauce.
- 22. Let the sauce simmer for about 10 minutes.
- 23. Drain the pasta.
- 24. Season the sauce with salt.
- 25. Season the sauce with cayenne pepper.
- 26. Serve the sauce with the pasta.
