🍝 Pasta with Shrimp and Wild Garlic Sauce

Ingredients
- 400 g Spaghetti
- Salt
- 1 small onion
- 3 ripe tomatoes
- 1 tbsp butter
- 300 g shrimp (kitchen-ready, peeled and deveined)
- 100 ml whipping cream (at least 30% fat content)
- pepper (from the mill)
- 100 g crème légère
- 0.5 bunch wild garlic
Instructions
- 1. Boil plenty of salted water and cook the pasta until al dente (firm to the bite).
- 2. Peel the onion and garlic cloves and chop them finely.
- 3. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes.
- 4. Heat the butter in a large pan.
- 5. Sauté the onions and garlic in it gently over medium heat.
- 6. Add the shrimp and sauté them briefly while stirring.
- 7. Stir the tomato cubes into the mixture.
- 8. Pour in the cream and season with salt and pepper.
- 9. Bring the sauce to a boil.
- 10. Stir the crème légère (a light cream alternative) into the sauce.
- 11. Finally, adjust the sauce to taste with salt and pepper.
- 12. Cut the wild garlic into thin strips.
- 13. Fold the wild garlic strips into the finished sauce.
- 14. Drain the pasta.
- 15. Toss the pasta immediately with the warm sauce.
- 16. Plate the pasta and serve.
