  1. 1. Boil plenty of salted water and cook the pasta until al dente (firm to the bite).
  2. 2. Peel the onion and garlic cloves and chop them finely.
  3. 3. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes.
  4. 4. Heat the butter in a large pan.
  5. 5. Sauté the onions and garlic in it gently over medium heat.
  6. 6. Add the shrimp and sauté them briefly while stirring.
  7. 7. Stir the tomato cubes into the mixture.
  8. 8. Pour in the cream and season with salt and pepper.
  9. 9. Bring the sauce to a boil.
  10. 10. Stir the crème légère (a light cream alternative) into the sauce.
  11. 11. Finally, adjust the sauce to taste with salt and pepper.
  12. 12. Cut the wild garlic into thin strips.
  13. 13. Fold the wild garlic strips into the finished sauce.
  14. 14. Drain the pasta.
  15. 15. Toss the pasta immediately with the warm sauce.
  16. 16. Plate the pasta and serve.
