  1. 1. Fill a large pot with water and add some salt.
  2. 2. Cook the pasta in the salted water until al dente (firm to the bite) according to the package instructions.
  3. 3. Drain the pasta, but reserve a little bit of the cooking water.
  4. 4. Rinse the peas under cold water and let them drain well.
  5. 5. Bring a small pot of salted water to a boil.
  6. 6. Add the peas to the boiling water and cook them for 3 to 4 minutes.
  7. 7. Drain the peas and rinse them briefly with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  8. 8. Cut the bacon into small, even cubes.
  9. 9. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
  10. 10. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  11. 11. Fry the bacon in the pan until crispy and golden brown.
  12. 12. Add the chopped garlic and the peas to the pan.
  13. 13. Sauté the vegetables for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  14. 14. Cut the Brie cheese into small cubes or pieces.
  15. 15. Add the Brie pieces to the pan and stir them into the bacon and pea mixture.
  16. 16. Add the drained pasta to the pan.
  17. 17. Toss everything briefly until the Brie melts slightly and forms a creamy sauce.
  18. 18. Fill the pasta into pre-warmed bowls.
  19. 19. Grind fresh pepper over the dish and serve immediately.
