🍝 Creamy Pasta with Blue Cheese and Peppers

Ingredients
- 400 g Tortiglioni pasta
- Salt
- 2 small onions
- 2 red bell peppers
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 200 g whipping cream
- 200 g Gorgonzola
- 2 sprigs dill
- Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- 2. Cook the Tortiglioni pasta al dente according to the package instructions.
- 3. Peel the onions and slice them into thin strips.
- 4. Remove the seeds from the pepper and slice it into strips as well.
- 5. Heat oil in a large frying pan.
- 6. Sauté the onions and peppers in the pan for a few minutes.
- 7. Pour the cream into the pan and let the sauce simmer for three minutes.
- 8. Cut the Gorgonzola into small cubes.
- 9. Stir the cheese into the hot sauce until it has melted.
- 10. Roughly chop the dill.
- 11. Season the sauce with salt and pepper and add the dill.
- 12. Drain the pasta.
- 13. Toss the pasta with the cheese and pepper sauce.
- 14. Serve the dish immediately on plates.
