  2. 2. Cook the Tortiglioni pasta al dente according to the package instructions.
  3. 3. Peel the onions and slice them into thin strips.
  4. 4. Remove the seeds from the pepper and slice it into strips as well.
  5. 5. Heat oil in a large frying pan.
  6. 6. Sauté the onions and peppers in the pan for a few minutes.
  7. 7. Pour the cream into the pan and let the sauce simmer for three minutes.
  8. 8. Cut the Gorgonzola into small cubes.
  9. 9. Stir the cheese into the hot sauce until it has melted.
  10. 10. Roughly chop the dill.
  11. 11. Season the sauce with salt and pepper and add the dill.
  12. 12. Drain the pasta.
  13. 13. Toss the pasta with the cheese and pepper sauce.
  14. 14. Serve the dish immediately on plates.
