🍝 Creamy Pasta with Ham, Gorgonzola, and Peas

Ingredients
- 250 g green peas (frozen)
- 1 bunch arugula
- 200 g cooked ham (sliced)
- 1 clove garlic
- 400 g farfalle
- salt
- 200 g blue cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Let the peas thaw.
- 2. Wash the arugula and remove any damaged leaves.
- 3. Spin the arugula dry.
- 4. Chop the arugula roughly.
- 5. Cut the ham into strips.
- 6. Peel the garlic clove.
- 7. Press the garlic.
- 8. Cook the pasta in salted water al dente.
- 9. Remove the rind from the Gorgonzola.
- 10. Cut the cheese into small cubes.
- 11. Heat the oil in a pan.
- 12. Sauté the garlic until translucent.
- 13. Add the ham and peas to the pan.
- 14. Fry the ingredients briefly.
- 15. Drain the pasta.
- 16. Let the pasta drain.
- 17. Add the pasta, arugula, and cheese to the pan.
- 18. Toss everything briefly.
- 19. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
- 20. Portion the pasta into deep plates.
- 21. Sprinkle with coarsely ground pepper.
- 22. Serve the dish.
