🍝 Garlic pasta with chili and onions

Ingredients
- 400 g Capellini
- Salt
- 1 small onion
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 red chili peppers
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp finely chopped parsley
- Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Bring plenty of water to a boil and add plenty of salt.
- 2. Add the capellini pasta to the boiling water.
- 3. Cook the pasta al dente according to the package instructions.
- 4. Peel the onion and cut it into small cubes.
- 5. Heat one teaspoon of oil in a pan.
- 6. Sauté the onion cubes until translucent.
- 7. Remove the onions from the pan and set them aside.
- 8. Peel the garlic cloves and slice them thinly.
- 9. Wash the chili peppers and cut them into small pieces.
- 10. Remove the seeds from the chili peppers if you prefer.
- 11. Heat three tablespoons of oil in the same pan.
- 12. Fry the garlic until golden brown.
- 13. Add the chili peppers to the garlic for a short time.
- 14. Pour the remaining oil into the pan.
- 15. Return the prepared onions to the pan.
- 16. Add the drained pasta to the pan.
- 17. Add the parsley to the pasta.
- 18. Mix everything well with the garlic mixture.
- 19. Season the pasta with salt and pepper.
- 20. Plate the pasta on dishes.
- 21. Serve the dish immediately.
