  3. 3. Place the vanilla paste into a large bowl.
  4. 4. Add the crème fraîche to the bowl.
  5. 5. Add the egg yolks.
  6. 6. Sprinkle in the powdered sugar.
  7. 7. Add the butter to the mixture.
  8. 8. Add the flour.
  9. 9. Add the starch.
  10. 10. Stir everything together until the mixture is completely smooth.
  11. 11. Halve the lemon.
  12. 12. Halve two passion fruits.
  13. 13. Squeeze the juice from the lemon and the passion fruits.
  14. 14. Strain the juice through a sieve to remove all seeds.
  15. 15. Stir the juice into the egg mixture.
  16. 16. Pour the mixture into a baking dish with a capacity of about 1.2 liters.
  17. 17. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  18. 18. Bake the dessert for about 25 minutes.
  19. 19. Ensure the cream is still slightly jiggly in the center.
  20. 20. Let the cream cool down briefly.

  24. 24. Place the yogurt on top of the cold cream.

  26. 26. Add the passion fruit seeds on top.
