🥤 Tropical Smoothie with Mango, Passion Fruit and Mint

Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangoes
- 6 passion fruits
- 4 sprigs mint
- 400 ml coconut water
- 30 g ground flaxseeds (3 tbsp)
- Crushed Ice
Instructions
- 1. Peel the mango and cut the flesh into small cubes.
- 2. Cut four passion fruits in half and scoop out the pulp.
- 3. Wash the mint and shake it dry.
- 4. Cut the remaining passion fruits in half for decoration.
- 5. Add the mango and passion fruit pulp, coconut water, and flaxseeds to a blender.
- 6. Blend the ingredients until smooth.
- 7. Pour the smoothie into four glasses and add ice.
- 8. Garnish the glasses with fresh mint and passion fruit halves.
