  6. 6. Heat the mixture while stirring constantly.
  7. 7. Do not let the mixture boil.
  8. 8. Remove the quark mixture from the heat as soon as bubbles appear.
  9. 9. Let the mixture cool down while stirring.
  10. 10. Wash the raisins.
  11. 11. Dry the raisins.
  12. 12. Mix the raisins with the sugar, lemon zest, chopped almonds, citron, and orange peel.
  13. 13. Preheat the oven.
  14. 14. Blanch the orange zest briefly in boiling water.
  15. 15. Shock the orange zest.
  16. 16. Let the orange zest drain well.
  17. 17. Turn out the Pasha onto a plate before serving.
  18. 18. Garnish the Pasha with kiwi slices, orange zest, and mandarin segments.
  19. 19. Serve the Pasha.
