  1. 1. Cut the rolls in half and spread butter on the bottom halves. Top with loosely rolled slices of roast beef and sprinkle with freshly grated horseradish (or alternatively, spread with horseradish from a jar).
  2. 2. Mix cream cheese with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Fold in finely chopped dill and cream. Spread this mixture on the remaining roll halves, place one shrimp on each, and put the tops on. Garnish the finished rolls with fresh dill.
