  1. 1. Soak the bread roll in the milk.
  2. 2. Rinse the parsley and shake it dry.
  3. 3. Finely chop the parsley.
  4. 4. Peel the onion and the garlic.
  5. 5. Dice the onion and garlic finely.
  6. 6. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan.
  7. 7. Sauté the onions, garlic, and bay leaf in the hot oil until translucent.
  8. 8. Remove the bay leaf from the pan.
  9. 9. Squeeze the soaked bread roll well.
  10. 10. Mix the squeezed bread with the minced meat, egg yolk, parsley, allspice, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
  11. 11. Knead the ingredients into a moldable minced meat dough.
  12. 12. Wet your hands.
  13. 13. Form small balls from the dough.
  14. 14. Heat 3 to 4 tablespoons of oil in a pan.
  15. 15. Fry the meatballs slowly until golden brown on all sides.
  16. 16. Fry the meatballs for approx. 10 minutes.
