🍽️ Crispy Meatball Bites for Parties

Ingredients
- 1 stale roll
- 5 tbsp milk
- 0.5 handful parsley
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
- 500 g mixed minced meat
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 pinch allspice
- 1 pinch ginger powder
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Soak the bread roll in the milk.
- 2. Rinse the parsley and shake it dry.
- 3. Finely chop the parsley.
- 4. Peel the onion and the garlic.
- 5. Dice the onion and garlic finely.
- 6. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan.
- 7. Sauté the onions, garlic, and bay leaf in the hot oil until translucent.
- 8. Remove the bay leaf from the pan.
- 9. Squeeze the soaked bread roll well.
- 10. Mix the squeezed bread with the minced meat, egg yolk, parsley, allspice, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
- 11. Knead the ingredients into a moldable minced meat dough.
- 12. Wet your hands.
- 13. Form small balls from the dough.
- 14. Heat 3 to 4 tablespoons of oil in a pan.
- 15. Fry the meatballs slowly until golden brown on all sides.
- 16. Fry the meatballs for approx. 10 minutes.
