  3. 3. Fill the cream cheese mixture into a piping bag with a small tip.
  4. 4. Pipe strips of the cream cheese mixture onto the ham slices.
  5. 5. Roll the ham slices tightly into small rolls.
  6. 6. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius fan mode.
  7. 7. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  8. 8. Place a round cookie cutter (approx. 10 cm diameter) on the tray.
  9. 9. Spread a thin, even layer of grated Parmesan cheese inside the cutter.
  10. 10. Carefully remove the cutter.
  11. 11. Repeat the process until you have distributed all cheese portions on the tray.
  12. 12. Place the tray in the hot oven for approx. 5 minutes.
  13. 13. Wait until the cheese has melted, is bubbling vigorously, and is lightly golden brown.
  14. 14. Remove the tray from the oven immediately.
  15. 15. Let the Parmesan circles cool briefly until they are firm but still pliable.
