🍽️ Crispy Parmesan Cups with Spicy Shrimp

Ingredients
- 120 g freshly grated Parmesan
- 400 g shrimp (kitchen-ready)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 chili pepper
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- 1 lettuce leaf (e.g. head lettuce)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius using top and bottom heat.
- 2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 3. Sprinkle the Parmesan in small mounds (about 10 to 12 centimeters wide) onto the tray.
- 4. Bake the cheese for about 5 minutes in the oven until it has melted.
- 5. Carefully remove the melted cheese mounds from the tray.
- 6. Place them in a small bowl or in a muffin tin.
- 7. Gently press the cheese into the shape to stabilize it.
- 8. Let the Parmesan cups cool down completely.
- 9. Wash the shrimp thoroughly.
- 10. Pat the shrimp dry with a kitchen towel.
- 11. Peel the garlic.
- 12. Roughly chop the garlic.
- 13. Halve the chili peppers lengthwise.
- 14. Remove the seeds and the white membranes from the chilies.
- 15. Cut the chilies into small pieces.
- 16. Wear gloves when handling chilies.
- 17. Mix the garlic, chilies, and oil together in a bowl.
- 18. Place the shrimp into the oil marinade.
- 19. Let the shrimp marinate for about 10 minutes.
- 20. Fry the shrimp in a pan for 3 to 4 minutes.
- 21. Season the shrimp with salt after frying.
- 22. Cut the salad into thin strips while the shrimp are cooking.
- 23. Mix the cut salad with the cooked shrimp.
- 24. Fill the mixture into the cooled Parmesan cups.
