  2. 2. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  3. 3. Sprinkle the Parmesan in small mounds (about 10 to 12 centimeters wide) onto the tray.
  4. 4. Bake the cheese for about 5 minutes in the oven until it has melted.
  5. 5. Carefully remove the melted cheese mounds from the tray.
  6. 6. Place them in a small bowl or in a muffin tin.
  7. 7. Gently press the cheese into the shape to stabilize it.
  8. 8. Let the Parmesan cups cool down completely.
  9. 9. Wash the shrimp thoroughly.
  10. 10. Pat the shrimp dry with a kitchen towel.
  11. 11. Peel the garlic.
  12. 12. Roughly chop the garlic.
  13. 13. Halve the chili peppers lengthwise.
  14. 14. Remove the seeds and the white membranes from the chilies.
  15. 15. Cut the chilies into small pieces.
  16. 16. Wear gloves when handling chilies.
  17. 17. Mix the garlic, chilies, and oil together in a bowl.
  18. 18. Place the shrimp into the oil marinade.
  19. 19. Let the shrimp marinate for about 10 minutes.
  20. 20. Fry the shrimp in a pan for 3 to 4 minutes.
  21. 21. Season the shrimp with salt after frying.
  22. 22. Cut the salad into thin strips while the shrimp are cooking.
  23. 23. Mix the cut salad with the cooked shrimp.
