🍽️ Crispy Parmesan Waffles with Ham and Figs

Ingredients
- 70 g Parmesan (freshly grated.)
- 2 slices Parma ham
- 1 fig
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- 2. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
- 3. Place a large round cookie cutter (about 10 cm in diameter) on the sheet.
- 4. Fill the ring thinly and evenly with grated cheese.
- 5. Carefully remove the ring.
- 6. Repeat the process three times so that four round cheese cakes are on the sheet.
- 7. Place the sheet in the hot oven for about 5 minutes.
- 8. Bake the cheese until it has melted and turns lightly golden brown.
- 9. Remove the sheet immediately from the oven.
- 10. Let the cheese cakes cool down briefly.
- 11. Carefully peel them off the baking paper.
- 12. Place them on a kitchen rack.
- 13. Let them cool completely to become crispy.
- 14. For serving, take two Parmesan waffles each.
- 15. Top them with ham and slices of figs.
- 16. Cover each portion with another waffle to form a small sandwich.
