🍽️ Creamy Parmesan Dressing

Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp hot mustard
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- 80 ml vegetable stock
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- sugar
- 2 tbsp freshly grated parmesan
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic clove.
- 2. Place the garlic, vinegar, mustard, crème fraîche, broth, and oil into a blender.
- 3. Blend the mixture until it is smooth and fine.
- 4. Season the dressing with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar.
- 5. Gently fold in the freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
- 6. Taste the dressing again and adjust the seasoning if needed.
- 7. Serve the finished dressing with fresh leaf salad.
