Ingredients
- 2 ripe peaches
- 125 g prosciutto (thin slices)
- 1 sugar melon
- coarse pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the peaches thoroughly and pat them dry. Cut them in half, remove the pits, and slice the flesh into thin wedges. Cut the melon in half, remove the seeds, slice it into wedges, and carefully separate the flesh from the rind.
- 2. Arrange the peach and melon wedges together with the Parma ham slices decoratively on a plate. Season everything with coarse, freshly ground black pepper and serve immediately.
