🍽️ Paprika Stew

Ingredients
- 3 bell peppers (green)
- 3 bell peppers (red)
- 2 large onions
- 4 potatoes (cooked, from the day before)
- 4 tbsp pepper paste
- 1 l vegetable broth
- 400 g Hungarian salami (in 3-5 mm thick slices)
- 1 tbsp paprika powder (hot)
- 100 ml vegetable oil
- 4 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp sauce thickener
Instructions
- 1. Wash the peppers, remove the stems and seeds, halve them, and slice the flesh into strips. Peel the onions, halve them, and slice them into half rings.
- 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot and sauté the onions and pepper strips. Stir in the paprika paste and salami, let them cook briefly, and pour in the broth. Simmer the stew with the lid on for about 5 to 10 minutes.
- 3. Season the vegetables to taste and thicken the sauce with a little thickener. Slice the potatoes, add them to the vegetables along with the parsley, and heat everything through. Serve the stew with fresh bread.
