🍽️ Paprika and Vegetable Stir-fry with Beef and Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 beef steaks (each approx. 200 g)
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 4 tbsp oil
- bell peppers (each 1 large red and green)
- 1 large onion
- 2 garlic cloves
Instructions
- 1. Wash the peppers, remove the stem and seeds, halve them, and slice into strips. Peel the onion, halve it, and slice into strips. Peel the garlic and chop finely.
- 2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and sauté the onions until translucent. Add the garlic and peppers and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes. Pour in 1/2 cup of water, cover the pan, and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- 3. Season the meat with salt and pepper. Cook in hot oil in a grill pan or on the grill for about 5 minutes per side. Remove the meat and slice into strips.
- 4. Arrange the meat strips on top of the vegetables to serve.
