  1. 1. Wash the peppers, remove the stem and seeds, halve them, and slice into strips. Peel the onion, halve it, and slice into strips. Peel the garlic and chop finely.
  2. 2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and sauté the onions until translucent. Add the garlic and peppers and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes. Pour in 1/2 cup of water, cover the pan, and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Season the meat with salt and pepper. Cook in hot oil in a grill pan or on the grill for about 5 minutes per side. Remove the meat and slice into strips.
