  1. 1. Cut the peppers in half.
  2. 2. Remove the seeds and white pith from the pepper halves.
  3. 3. Cut the pepper pieces into thin strips.
  4. 4. Slice the olives.
  5. 5. Heat some olive oil in a pan.
  6. 6. Add the squid rings to the pan and sauté them lightly.
  7. 7. Pour the lemon juice over the squid.
  8. 8. Add the pepper strips to the pan.
  9. 9. Cover the pan with a lid.
  10. 10. Let the vegetables and squid cook on low heat for about 4 to 5 minutes.
  11. 11. Add the sliced olives to the pan.
  12. 12. Season the mixture with salt and paprika powder.
  13. 13. Divide the salad onto individual plates.
  14. 14. Sprinkle a little extra paprika powder over the portions.
  15. 15. Garnish the plates with fresh salad leaves.
  16. 16. Serve the salad immediately.
