🍽️ Pepper Squid Salad

Ingredients
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 600 g squid (cut into rings)
- 8 black olives (pitted)
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp lime juice
- sea salt
- paprika powder
- salad (as desired for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the peppers in half.
- 2. Remove the seeds and white pith from the pepper halves.
- 3. Cut the pepper pieces into thin strips.
- 4. Slice the olives.
- 5. Heat some olive oil in a pan.
- 6. Add the squid rings to the pan and sauté them lightly.
- 7. Pour the lemon juice over the squid.
- 8. Add the pepper strips to the pan.
- 9. Cover the pan with a lid.
- 10. Let the vegetables and squid cook on low heat for about 4 to 5 minutes.
- 11. Add the sliced olives to the pan.
- 12. Season the mixture with salt and paprika powder.
- 13. Divide the salad onto individual plates.
- 14. Sprinkle a little extra paprika powder over the portions.
- 15. Garnish the plates with fresh salad leaves.
- 16. Serve the salad immediately.
