🥗 Pepper Feta Salad

Ingredients
- Frisée lettuce
- 1 small yellow and red bell pepper
- 1 tomato
- 2 red onions
- 100 g pitted black olives
- 100 g feta cheese
- thyme
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp hot mustard
- 5 tbsp oil
- salt
- pepper from the mill
Instructions
- 1. Wash the frisée lettuce, bell peppers, and tomatoes thoroughly. Tear the lettuce into small, bite-sized pieces and cut the bell peppers into small cubes.
- 2. Cut the tomato into eight wedges. Peel the onions and slice them into rings. Arrange everything on a large platter. Scatter the olives, crumble the sheep's cheese over it, and sprinkle the thyme leaves on top.
- 3. Whisk together the lemon juice, honey, mustard, and oil to make the dressing. Season the sauce with salt and pepper, and pour it over the salad.
