  1. 1. Cut the red mullet fillet into small bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2. Drizzle lemon juice over the fish.
  3. 3. Season the fish with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Wash the spring onions thoroughly.
  5. 5. Trim the hard ends off the spring onions.
  6. 6. Slice the white and light green parts of the spring onions thinly on a diagonal.
  7. 7. Remove the peppers from the sieve.
  8. 8. Mix the cream cheese with crème fraîche.
  9. 9. Add the eggs to the cheese mixture.
  10. 10. Stir thyme into the sauce.
  11. 11. Add paprika powder to the sauce.
  12. 12. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
  13. 13. Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
  14. 14. Sear the fish pieces in the hot pan.
  15. 15. Cook each side of the fish for about one minute.
  16. 16. Place the seared fish pieces into a greased baking dish.
  17. 17. Cover the fish with the sliced spring onions.
  18. 18. Pour half of the cream cheese sauce over the fish.
  19. 19. Place the peppers on top of the sauce.
  20. 20. Pour the remaining sauce over the peppers.
  21. 21. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  22. 22. Bake the dish in the preheated oven.
  23. 23. Bake the dish for about 35 minutes.
  24. 24. Remove the baking dish from the oven.
  25. 25. Garnish the dish with fresh thyme.
  26. 26. Serve the dish immediately.
