🍽️ Sweet and Spicy Beef with Pineapple and Noodles

Ingredients
- 0.5 pineapple
- 500 g beef (e.g. rump)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce (light)
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 200 g glass noodles
- 2 red bell peppers
- 6 spring onions
- 80 g sprouts
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- chili sauce (sweet-spicy)
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- mint (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the pineapple and remove the hard core.
- 2. Cut the pineapple flesh into small cubes.
- 3. Rinse the meat briefly with water.
- 4. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
- 5. Cut the meat into thin strips.
- 6. Place the meat in a bowl.
- 7. Add the pineapple cubes to the meat.
- 8. Pour 2 to 3 tablespoons of soy sauce over it.
- 9. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the bowl.
- 10. Mix everything well together.
- 11. Cover the bowl.
- 12. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
- 13. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions.
- 14. Drain the noodles.
- 15. Let the noodles drain well.
- 16. Cut the noodles into shorter pieces if desired.
- 17. Wash the bell peppers.
- 18. Halve the bell peppers.
- 19. Remove the seeds from the bell peppers.
- 20. Cut the bell peppers into thin strips.
- 21. Wash the spring onions.
- 22. Trim the spring onions.
- 23. Cut the spring onions diagonally into rings.
- 24. Rinse the sprouts.
- 25. Let the sprouts drain.
- 26. Heat the remaining oil in a wok.
- 27. Fry the meat with the pineapple briefly.
- 28. Continue frying until the meat changes color.
- 29. Add the bell pepper strips.
- 30. Add the spring onion rings.
- 31. Add the sprouts to the wok.
- 32. Pour the rice wine into the wok.
- 33. Cook the vegetables while stirring for 2 to 3 minutes.
- 34. Mix the noodles with the sesame seeds.
- 35. Add the noodles to the meat and vegetable mixture.
- 36. Season the dish with soy sauce.
- 37. Season the dish with chili sauce.
- 38. Distribute the dish onto plates.
- 39. Garnish the dish with mint.
