  2. 2. Press a small indentation into the center of the flour.
  3. 3. Crumble the yeast into some water.
  4. 4. Pour the yeast-water mixture into the indentation.
  5. 5. Lightly dust the surface with flour.
  6. 6. Cover the bowl with a cloth.
  7. 7. Let the dough rise for 15 minutes.
  8. 8. Add the remaining water, salt, and oil.
  9. 9. Knead everything into a smooth dough.
  10. 10. Cover the dough again with the cloth.
  11. 11. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  12. 12. Heat the olive oil in a pan.
  13. 13. Sauté the pizza tomatoes briefly in the oil.
  14. 14. Add garlic, oregano, salt, sugar, and pepper.
  15. 15. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes.
  16. 16. Grease a baking tray.
  17. 17. Roll out the dough into two round pizzas.
  18. 18. Top the pizzas with the sauce, peppers, and sausage.
  19. 19. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
  20. 20. Bake the pizzas for about 20 minutes.
