🥗 Fresh Salad with Paprika and Orange

Ingredients
- 2 bell peppers (red)
- 1 small oak leaf lettuce (or Batavia)
- 2 chicory
- 3 oranges
- 2 balls mozzarella
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 orange (juice)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp mustard (medium hot)
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar (mild)
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the paprika thoroughly.
- 2. Cut the paprika in half.
- 3. Remove the inside and the seeds.
- 4. Cut the paprika into thin strips.
- 5. Wash the leaf salad.
- 6. Separate the salad into individual leaves.
- 7. Shake the salad dry.
- 8. Wash the chicory.
- 9. Separate the chicory into individual leaves.
- 10. Cut some chicory leaves into strips.
- 11. Keep the rest of the chicory as whole leaves.
- 12. Peel the oranges completely with a sharp knife.
- 13. Slice the orange flesh into rounds.
- 14. Place the leaf salad on a large plate.
- 15. Arrange the whole chicory leaves on the salad.
- 16. Place the paprika strips on top.
- 17. Distribute the orange slices on the salad.
- 18. Sprinkle the salad with the chicory strips.
- 19. Put all ingredients for the vinaigrette into a blender.
- 20. Mix the vinaigrette well.
- 21. Serve the vinaigrette separately with the salad.
