  10. 10. Cut some chicory leaves into strips.
  11. 11. Keep the rest of the chicory as whole leaves.
  12. 12. Peel the oranges completely with a sharp knife.
  13. 13. Slice the orange flesh into rounds.
  14. 14. Place the leaf salad on a large plate.
  15. 15. Arrange the whole chicory leaves on the salad.
