🍽️ Crunchy Pepper-Carrot Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 bunches carrots
- 2 red bell peppers
- 300 ml carrot juice
- 500 ml buttermilk
- salt, pepper
- 1 tsp rose hot paprika powder
- 4 tsp sesame
Instructions
- 1. Wash the carrots thoroughly.
- 2. Peel the carrots, but keep the green tops attached.
- 3. Cut the carrots in half horizontally.
- 4. Set aside a few carrot pieces for decoration.
- 5. Cut the bell peppers into quarters.
- 6. Remove the seeds from the pepper pieces.
- 7. Rinse the deseeded pepper pieces.
- 8. Peel the pepper pieces with a vegetable peeler.
- 9. Cut the peeled pepper pieces into small cubes.
- 10. Pour the carrot juice into a blender.
- 11. Add the buttermilk to the blender.
- 12. Add the pepper cubes to the blender.
- 13. Puree the mixture in the blender until smooth.
- 14. Season the mixture with a pinch of salt.
- 15. Add black pepper to taste.
- 16. Add paprika powder to taste.
- 17. Pour the finished smoothie into glasses.
- 18. Garnish the smoothie with the reserved carrot pieces.
- 19. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top.
