🍽️ Peppers stuffed with minced meat and rice

Ingredients
- pepper pods (4 each red and yellow)
- 400 g minced meat (mixed)
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 egg
- 100 g cooked rice
- salt

- 500 g tomatoes
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour

Instructions
- 1. Cut off the top part of the bell peppers, remove the inside with the seeds, and wash the peppers thoroughly.
- 2. Sauté the diced onion in hot butter, add the pressed garlic, add the minced meat, and fry until crumbly. Season with salt and pepper and let the mixture cool down.
- 3. Mix the cooled meat mixture with an egg and the rice. Then fill this mixture into the prepared bell peppers.
- 4. Wash the tomatoes, chop them roughly, and bring them to a boil with one-eighth of a liter of water. Season with salt and pepper and let the sauce simmer gently for about 30 minutes. Then pass the sauce through a sieve.
- 5. Foam the butter in a pot, stir in the flour, and let it cook briefly. Then add the tomatoes that have been passed through a sieve and stir everything into a smooth sauce. Finally, adjust the seasoning of the sauce.
- 6. Place the stuffed bell peppers in a baking dish, pour the tomato sauce over them, and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes.
