🍽️ Paprika, Corn and Cheese Salad

Ingredients
- 250 g Gouda
- 100 g Emmentaler
- 1 can corn kernels
- bell peppers (1 red and 1 green each)
- 2 onions
- 2 tbsp herb vinegar
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 bunch chives
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the peppers thoroughly.
- 2. Cut the peppers in half lengthwise.
- 3. Remove the core and seeds from the pepper halves.
- 4. Slice the pepper halves into thin rings.
- 5. Drain the corn in a colander.
- 6. Remove the rind from the cheese.
- 7. Cut the cheese into small cubes.
- 8. Peel the onions.
- 9. Slice the onions into thin rings.
- 10. Place the pepper rings, corn, cheese cubes, and onion rings into a large bowl.
- 11. Toss all ingredients in the bowl to mix them well.
- 12. Place vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper into a small bowl.
- 13. Whisk the marinade ingredients vigorously until combined.
- 14. Pour the marinade evenly over the salad.
- 15. Wash the chives thoroughly.
- 16. Cut the chives into small rings.
- 17. Sprinkle the chive rings over the finished salad.
