Ingredients
- 250 g Butter
- 0.5 pepper
- paprika powder
- 1 tsp parsley
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Place the red pepper inside and bake it until the skin bubbles. Remove the pepper, peel off the skin, and remove the stem, white inner walls, and seeds. Chop the pepper flesh very finely.
- 2. Mix the soft butter with the chopped pepper, some paprika powder, the herbs, salt, and pepper. Place the butter on plastic wrap, shape it into a roll, wrap it, and refrigerate for 2 hours. Slice the butter for serving.
