  9. 9. Let the rice steam until the liquid is absorbed.
  10. 10. Let the rice cool down slightly.
  11. 11. Whisk the oil with the vinegar.
  12. 12. Add salt and pepper to the oil-vinegar mixture.
  13. 13. Add the cooled rice to the dressing mixture.
  14. 14. Add the thyme to the rice.
  15. 15. Add the paprika strips to the rice.
