  1. 1. Wash the chives thoroughly.
  2. 2. Shake the chives dry.
  3. 3. Set aside a few whole stems for decoration.
  4. 4. Cut the remaining chives into very fine rings.
  5. 5. Place the yoghurt in a tall container.
  6. 6. Add the fine chive rings.
  7. 7. Add paprika powder.
  8. 8. Add paprika paste.
  9. 9. Season the mixture with salt.
  10. 10. Blend everything with a hand blender until frothy.
  11. 11. Pour the mixture into a glass.
  12. 12. Pour in mineral water.
  13. 13. Add ice cubes to the glass.
  14. 14. Garnish the drink with the reserved chive stems.
  15. 15. Enjoy the drink immediately.
