🥤 Fresh Paprika Yoghurt Drink

Ingredients
- 0.5 bunch chives
- 100 g yoghurt (1.5% fat)
- 0.5 tsp paprika powder (mild sweet)
- 0.5 tsp paprika powder (rose hot)
- 1 small pinch paprika paste
- 1 pinch salt
- 125 ml mineral water (ice cold)
- Also: ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Wash the chives thoroughly.
- 2. Shake the chives dry.
- 3. Set aside a few whole stems for decoration.
- 4. Cut the remaining chives into very fine rings.
- 5. Place the yoghurt in a tall container.
- 6. Add the fine chive rings.
- 7. Add paprika powder.
- 8. Add paprika paste.
- 9. Season the mixture with salt.
- 10. Blend everything with a hand blender until frothy.
- 11. Pour the mixture into a glass.
- 12. Pour in mineral water.
- 13. Add ice cubes to the glass.
- 14. Garnish the drink with the reserved chive stems.
- 15. Enjoy the drink immediately.
