  5. 5. Remove the inside and seeds of the pepper.

  7. 7. Cut the pepper into quarters.
  8. 8. Halve the oranges.
  9. 9. Squeeze the juice from the oranges.
  10. 10. Crush the ice cubes finely.
  11. 11. Put the crushed ice into a glass.
  12. 12. Juice the pepper quarters.
