🥤 Fresh Paprika Mint Juice

Ingredients
- 1 sprig mint
- 200 g green bell peppers (1 green bell pepper)
- 200 g yellow bell peppers (1 yellow bell pepper)
- 250 g juicy oranges (2 juicy oranges)
- Also: ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Wash the mint thoroughly.
- 2. Shake the mint dry.
- 3. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
- 4. Halve the bell peppers.
- 5. Remove the inside and seeds of the pepper.
- 6. Wash the deseeded pepper pieces.
- 7. Cut the pepper into quarters.
- 8. Halve the oranges.
- 9. Squeeze the juice from the oranges.
- 10. Crush the ice cubes finely.
- 11. Put the crushed ice into a glass.
- 12. Juice the pepper quarters.
- 13. Add the pepper juice to the glass with the ice.
- 14. Add the orange juice to the glass.
- 15. Stir the juices well.
- 16. Garnish the drink with the mint leaves.
