🍽️ Roasted Peppers with Burrata

Ingredients
- 4 red bell peppers
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 0.5 bunch parsley (10 g)
- 60 g caper berries (jar; drained weight)
- 250 g burrata
Instructions
- 1. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly.
- 2. Remove the stems and the inside of the bell peppers.
- 3. Cut the bell peppers into four equal pieces.
- 4. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- 5. Spread the pepper pieces evenly on the tray.
- 6. Put two tablespoons of olive oil into a small bowl.
- 7. Drizzle the pepper pieces with the olive oil.
- 8. Season the peppers with salt and pepper to taste.
- 9. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
- 10. If you have a fan oven, set the temperature to 200 degrees.
- 11. If you have a gas oven, set it to level 4.
- 12. Place the tray with the peppers into the preheated oven.
- 13. Bake the peppers for about ten minutes.
- 14. Take the bell peppers out of the oven.
- 15. Place the roasted pepper pieces on a serving plate.
- 16. Wash the fresh parsley under running water.
- 17. Shake the parsley dry.
- 18. Chop the parsley coarsely.
- 19. Spread the chopped parsley over the pepper pieces.
- 20. Take a jar of caper berries.
- 21. Distribute the caper berries on the peppers.
- 22. Take a ball of Burrata cheese.
- 23. Tear the cheese into small, irregular pieces.
- 24. Place the cheese pieces on the peppers.
- 25. Take the remaining olive oil.
- 26. Drizzle the entire dish with the oil once more.
- 27. Serve the antipasti immediately.
