Ingredients
- 1 Papaya
- 1 Orange
- 1 Lime
- 1 tsp Cane sugar
- 1 tbsp Almond kernels
- 1 tsp Germ oil
Instructions
- 1. Peel the papaya and remove the seeds.
- 2. Cut the papaya flesh into small pieces.
- 3. Squeeze the juice from the orange.
- 4. Squeeze the juice from the lime.
- 5. Place the papaya pieces and fruit juices into a tall blending jar.
- 6. Blend the ingredients until the mixture is smooth.
- 7. Pour the finished smoothie into a drinking glass.
