🥤 Fruity Papaya Orange Smoothie

Ingredients
- 200 g small papaya (1 small papaya)
- 8 juice oranges
- 100 g raspberries (frozen)
- 1 sprig lemon balm (to taste)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the papaya and cut it in half.
- 2. Scoop out the black seeds with a spoon.
- 3. Cut the flesh into large chunks.
- 4. Squeeze the oranges to get the juice.
- 5. Add the papaya chunks and orange juice to the blender.
- 6. Add the frozen raspberries directly from the package.
- 7. Blend everything until smooth and liquid.
- 8. Garnish the smoothie with fresh lemon balm leaves if desired.
- 9. Serve the drink immediately.
