🍰 Fruity Panna Cotta

Ingredients
- 0.5 l whipping cream
- 6 sheets white gelatin
- 2 packets vanilla sugar
- 1 egg white
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 500 g strawberries
- 0.5 mango
- 2 kiwis
- 1 tbsp ground pistachios
Instructions
- 1. Soak the gelatin in a bowl of cold water.
- 2. Heat the cream together with the vanilla sugar until it boils.
- 3. Squeeze the soaked gelatin well.
- 4. Stir the gelatin into the hot cream until it has completely dissolved.
- 5. Let the cream mixture cool down.
- 6. Whip the egg whites with one tablespoon of powdered sugar until very stiff.
- 7. Gently fold the egg whites into the cooled cream.
- 8. Pour the mixture about one centimeter high into a cake pan.
- 9. Place the pan in the refrigerator until the panna cotta is set.
- 10. Wash the strawberries thoroughly.
- 11. Puree half of the strawberries.
- 12. Press the puree through a sieve to make it smooth.
- 13. Mix the smooth strawberry puree with the remaining powdered sugar.
- 14. Cut the other half of the strawberries into wedges.
- 15. Peel the mango and the kiwis.
- 16. Cut the mango and kiwis into wedges as well.
- 17. Rinse a cutting board with cold water.
- 18. Turn out the set panna cotta onto the wet board.
- 19. Cut out large circles from the panna cotta.
- 20. Place the circles on the plates.
- 21. Drizzle the sweet strawberry puree over the panna cotta.
- 22. Decorate the plates with the cut fruits.
- 23. Sprinkle chopped pistachios over the dessert.
