  1. 1. Soak the gelatin in a bowl of cold water.
  2. 2. Heat the cream together with the vanilla sugar until it boils.
  3. 3. Squeeze the soaked gelatin well.
  4. 4. Stir the gelatin into the hot cream until it has completely dissolved.
  5. 5. Let the cream mixture cool down.
  6. 6. Whip the egg whites with one tablespoon of powdered sugar until very stiff.
  7. 7. Gently fold the egg whites into the cooled cream.
  8. 8. Pour the mixture about one centimeter high into a cake pan.
  9. 9. Place the pan in the refrigerator until the panna cotta is set.
  10. 10. Wash the strawberries thoroughly.
  11. 11. Puree half of the strawberries.
  12. 12. Press the puree through a sieve to make it smooth.
  13. 13. Mix the smooth strawberry puree with the remaining powdered sugar.
  14. 14. Cut the other half of the strawberries into wedges.
  15. 15. Peel the mango and the kiwis.
  16. 16. Cut the mango and kiwis into wedges as well.
  17. 17. Rinse a cutting board with cold water.
  18. 18. Turn out the set panna cotta onto the wet board.
  19. 19. Cut out large circles from the panna cotta.
  20. 20. Place the circles on the plates.
  21. 21. Drizzle the sweet strawberry puree over the panna cotta.
  22. 22. Decorate the plates with the cut fruits.
  23. 23. Sprinkle chopped pistachios over the dessert.
