  5. 5. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
  6. 6. Heat olive oil in a pan.
  7. 7. Add the tomatoes and spring onions to the hot pan.
  8. 8. Sauté the vegetables for a short time.
  9. 9. Season the mixture with salt.
  10. 10. Season the mixture with pepper.
  11. 11. Stir the fresh basil into the vegetable mixture.
  12. 12. Beat the egg in a shallow bowl.
