🍽️ Crispy Breaded Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients
- 4 smaller chicken drumsticks
- salt
- 3 tbsp flour
- 2 eggs
- 80 g breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 l vegetable oil (for frying)
- hot ketchup
Instructions
- 1. Pat the chicken pieces dry with kitchen paper and place them in a bowl. Lightly salt the meat and then roll it in the flour until it is lightly coated.
- 2. Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl and pour the egg mixture over the chicken pieces. Mix the breadcrumbs with the chili powder. Roll the chicken pieces in the mixture until fully covered, pressing the coating firmly onto the meat.
- 3. Heat the oil in a deep fryer to 160 degrees or in a pot. Fry the chicken pieces in two batches for about 10 minutes each. Remove them and let them drain on kitchen paper.
- 4. Serve the crispy chicken drumsticks with hot ketchup.
