  2. 2. Remove the hard stem area from the top.
  3. 3. Cut the tomatoes crosswise into thick slices.
  4. 4. The slices should be about as wide as your finger.
  5. 5. Lightly dust each individual slice with flour.
  6. 6. Put the eggs into a shallow plate.
  7. 7. Add one tablespoon of Heinz Ketchup.
  8. 8. Whisk the mixture well with a fork.
  9. 9. Take a second plate for the breading.
  10. 10. Mix the breadcrumbs with the cornmeal.
  11. 11. Stir the sugar into the breadcrumb mixture.
