  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 50 degrees Celsius. You will use this as a warm place for the dough later.
  2. 2. Grease a flower pot (used as a baking mold) generously with butter.
  3. 3. Place a small piece of aluminum foil over the opening of the flower pot so the dough does not fall into the hole.
  4. 4. Put the flour and the dry yeast into a large mixing bowl.
  5. 5. Add the liquid butter and the salt to the bowl.
  6. 6. Pour the lukewarm milk in.
  7. 7. Process everything with the dough hooks of your electric mixer until you have an elastic dough.
  8. 8. Cover the bowl and place it in a warm spot (for example, in the preheated but turned-off oven set to 50 degrees).
  9. 9. Let the dough rise for about 30 minutes.
  10. 10. Preheat the baking oven to 180 degrees.
  11. 11. Sprinkle some flour onto your work surface.
  12. 12. Take the dough out and knead it thoroughly on the surface.
  13. 13. Work the raisins evenly into the dough while kneading.
  14. 14. Put the finished dough into the prepared flower pot.
  15. 15. Bake the Panettone in the preheated oven (180 degrees) for about 1 hour.
  16. 16. Take the cake out of the oven and let it cool down for a short while.
  17. 17. Carefully turn the Panettone out of the mold.
  18. 18. Whisk powdered sugar with lemon juice in a small bowl until you have a thick, smooth glaze.
  19. 19. Pour the lemon glaze over the cooled cake.
